Refund Policy
1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final​
We at G.N.Bellon, the creator of the fantasy world of Kaidar and the Divine Lines series, stand behind the quality of our creations. Due to the nature of our products, which include both digital and custom/physical goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By completing a purchase on our official website, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing products as-described and that you waive any right to a standard refund except under the very limited, specific conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all sales of:
* E-books and digital audiobook files
* Digital character art, lore files, and book mockup images
* Physical books (hardcover/paperback)
* Physical merchandise (prints, apparel, etc.)
* Any other product sold on this site.

2. Digital Products: Strictly Non-Refundable​
Once a digital product (e-book, audiobook file, digital art download, etc.) is purchased and the download link is provided or the file is accessed, the sale is immediately and irrevocably complete. We cannot "return" a digital file, and as such, we do not offer refunds for digital products for any reason, including accidental purchase, buyer's remorse, or compatibility issues. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Physical Products: Limited Refund for Damage in Transit Only
We take great care in packaging our physical items (books, art prints, merchandise) to ensure they arrive in the condition they left our fulfillment center. Our only exception to the "all sales final" rule is for items that arrive physically damaged or defective.

Condition for Consideration: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Required Evidence: You must provide your order number and clear photographs showing the damage to both the product and its original packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion, either:

Ship a replacement item at no additional cost (subject to availability), or

Issue a refund for the damaged item only.

Non-Qualifying Issues: We do not offer refunds for items damaged after delivery, for items lost in transit (see our Shipping Policy), for minor production variations, or because the product does not meet subjective expectations.

4. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to review their order details (items, quantities, shipping address) before completing the purchase. We are not obligated to provide refunds for orders placed in error or duplicate orders. If you believe you have made an error, you must contact us immediately (before your order is processed for shipping or digital access is granted). We will attempt, but cannot guarantee, to cancel or modify the order.
