By accessing or using the official website for the fantasy series Divine Lines (the "Site") operated by G.N.Bellon ("we," "us," "our"), and by purchasing any products (e.g., books, audiobooks, character art, merchandise) or accessing any content (e.g., book mockups, lore), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Site or use our services.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audiobook samples, digital artwork, maps, character designs, the world of Kaidar, the "Divine Lines" title, and all related lore and trademarks, is the exclusive property of G.N.Bellon and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express prior written permission.

Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately display the colors, details, and nature of our products (books, art, merchandise). However, we cannot guarantee your screen's display is perfectly accurate. All digital mockups are for illustrative purposes.

Pricing & Availability: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales and discontinue any product. All purchases are subject to availability.

6. Shipping & Physical Orders

All physical orders (books, prints, merchandise) are subject to our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
