Shipping Policy

1. Orders Professional

Orders for Divine Lines books (physical), character art prints, merchandise, and related products are processed within  3-5 business days  (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Digital products (e-book, audiobook files, digital art downloads, book mockup images) are available for immediate download upon purchase confirmation. Please allow an additional 24 hours for order verification if you are a first-time customer.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship physical products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Shipping to other international destinations may be available upon request; please contact us before ordering.

We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL for domestic and international shipments. The carrier and service level (e.g., Standard, Priority, Express) will be selected at checkout based on your location and preferences.

3. Shipping Timeframes & Costs

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited options (2-3 business days) are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Orders: Delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 10-30 business days after processing, not including potential customs delays. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are payable upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. These include, but are not limited to: carrier delays, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or customs inspections. Such events are considered force majeure, and we will not be liable for delays caused by them. We will communicate any known, significant delays to affected customers via email.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges. Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, your building's reception, and the carrier. For packages lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier declares the package lost, we will, at our discretion, either issue a replacement or a refund.
